Order Processing

Because we prioritize "sculpting presence" through meticulous craftsmanship, most of our garments undergo a rigorous quality inspection or are made-to-order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for our atelier to prepare and inspect your order before shipment.


Global Logistics

We ship worldwide from our atelier using only premium carriers to ensure your silk is handled with care. Our partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Europe & Australia: 5–8 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days.


Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

  • For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $15 USD will be applied at checkout.


Customs & Duties

For our international clientele, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Tracking & Security

Once your garment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To ensure the security of our luxury items, a signature is required upon delivery for all Water Lily Silk orders.
