The Essentials

Return Window: We graciously accept return requests within 14 days of your delivery date.

Condition Requirements: To maintain the integrity of our luxury silk, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed state.

Tags & Security: All original Water Lily Silk tags and security ribbons must remain firmly attached.
Note on Luxury Care: To protect our collection, items showing any signs of wear—including makeup stains, perfume scents, or fabric snagging—cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the exclusivity of our pieces, the following are considered Final Sale:

Refunds & Fees

Restocking Fee: A $10–$15 handling fee will be deducted from your total refund. This covers the specialized inspection and delicate care required for high-grade silk textiles.

Processing Time: Once your return reaches our atelier, please allow 5 business days for inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Payout: Approved refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
Shipping Your Return
Return shipping costs (typically $10–$15) are the responsibility of the customer. Because silk is a precious cargo, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
