At Water Lily Silk, we take pride in the delicate artistry of our garments. If your silk piece isn’t quite the perfect fit, we are here to help you navigate the return process.
The Essentials

Return Window: We graciously accept return requests within 14 days of your delivery date.

Condition Requirements: To maintain the integrity of our luxury silk, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed state.

Tags & Security: All original Water Lily Silk tags and security ribbons must remain firmly attached.
Note on Luxury Care: To protect our collection, items showing any signs of wear—including makeup stains, perfume scents, or fabric snagging—cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the exclusivity of our pieces, the following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:

Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Custom-sized, tailored, or personalized silk creations.
Refunds & Fees

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. This fee covers the specialized inspection, delicate steaming, and archival-grade repacking required for luxury silk textiles.

Processing Time: Once your return reaches our atelier, please allow 5 business days for inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payout: Approved refunds (minus the restocking fee) are issued directly to your original payment method.
Shipping Your Return

Responsibility: Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

Recommendation: Because silk is a precious cargo, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Water Lily Silk is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
